Score Increase Guarantee Terms

The 150+ point SAT score increase guarantee is available only for eligible students enrolled in the Complete Package and applies to SAT total-score improvement only.

  • Student must begin with an official SAT score or Ascensa-approved proctored diagnostic SAT score below 1300 before the first tutoring session.
  • Student must complete the full 40-hour Complete Package within the 12-month usage period.
  • Student must complete all assigned homework and required practice tests.
  • Student must attend sessions consistently and follow the recommended preparation timeline.
  • Student must take an official SAT within 90 days after completing the 40-hour package.
  • Missed sessions, incomplete homework, or repeated late cancellations may void guarantee eligibility.
  • To claim the guarantee, the client must email hello@ascensaedu.com within 30 days after the official qualifying SAT score is released and provide the required score reports and supporting documentation.
  • If an eligible student completes the requirements but does not improve their SAT score by at least 150 points, Ascensa will provide 10 additional 60-minute one-on-one tutoring sessions at no additional cost.
  • The guarantee is offered once per student, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to the terms in effect at enrollment.

Package terms at a glance

A quick summary of payment, scheduling, refund, and expiration terms before checkout.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each tutoring session is approximately 60 minutes.
  • Package fees are due in full at enrollment and before the first session is scheduled, unless a written payment plan is agreed in advance.
  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged against package hours.
  • If you cancel before the first session, the package fee is refundable less non-refundable third-party processing fees actually incurred.
  • After tutoring begins, unused hours are refundable at the package's effective hourly rate, less a 10% administrative fee. Used, late-cancelled, no-showed, and expired hours are not refundable.
  • Usage periods are 2 months for Expedited, 4 months for Starter, 6 months for Advanced, and 12 months for Complete unless extended in writing.
